Deposits (50%) are refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days from date of arrival except for Burghley events. The full cost of the booking is payable for cancellations with less than 7 days' notice unless we can re-let the room.
For cancellation of last minute bookings (less than 7 days,) the full cost of the booking is payable unless the cancellation is within 1 hour of the booking.
If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation, you are advised to take out travel insurance.
